COLOMBO – ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE PINNAWALA
In the early morning we will arrive to Colombo, the capital of the island, also called “The Pearl of the Indian Ocean”. Welcome at the airport. We will go through the tropical nature, across the green rice fields, the cinnamon and pineapple plantations to Pinnawala. An elephant orphanage in Pinnawala on the banks of the River Ma Oya will be a special experience and a light refreshment after arrival. The current herd, which has grown to nearly 70 elephants, was originally contained of a few elephants rescued from various jungle injuries. Feeding and bathing in the river will be an unforgettable experience for you. Relax at the hotel in the afternoon. Overnight in Sigiriya.

POLONNARUWA - JEEP SAFARI IN NP KAUDULLA
Tour of the famous city Polonnaruwa, the former second capital of Sri Lanka famous for temples and palaces, it was built in the 11th and 12th centuries and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1982. We can find the ruins of the royal palace, the royal bath, the citadel and the world-famous Buddha statues carved into the rocks in the Gal Vihara shrine here.
We will go on the jeeps for safari to Kaudulla National Park in the afternoon. Our cameras will be on standby to “catch” wild animals in their natural environment. Overnight in Sigiriya.
SIGIRIYA WITH ROYAL PALACE AT THE TOP – DAMBULLA – GARDEN OF SPICE – DANCE PERFORMANCE IN KANDY
Visit to the rock formation of Lion Rock – Sigiriya (UNESCO) with the ruins of the royal palace at the top is the most attractive experience for all tourists coming to Sri Lanka. The fortress in the clouds was built in the 5th century and you can see amazing frescoes on the walls of ancient caves during the way to the top. There is a complex of gardens, water reservoirs and fountains at the foot of the hill.
Visit to Dambulla, a cave Buddhist temple (UNESCO) with beautiful sculptures and ceiling paintings. You will find more than a hundred Buddha statues in different poses in the cave temple. Wall paintings with Buddhist motifs are also unique.
On the way to Kandy, the last royal city of the Sinhalese Kingdom, we will visit the Ayurvedic Garden of Spice. We will enjoy the cultural performance of the dancers from Kandy in the evening. Overnight in Kandy.

TEMPLE OF BUDDHA’S TOOTH – THE ROYAL BOTANICAL GARDEN PERADENIYA – RAMBODA WATERFALL – NUWARA ELIYA
Kandy – tour around the lake, marketplace and Temple of Buddha’s tooth. Kandy is UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is located in the picturesque mountainous region of Sri Lanka, surrounded mainly by tea plantations. The city is one of the most sacred places in Sri Lanka and was the last capital of Sinhalese kings. The Temple of Buddha’s Tooth retains a relic, it is a prominent Buddhist temple in Sri Lanka and has a mystical atmosphere.
Royal Botanic Garden Peradeniya – is situated on 147 acres of land. The Botanical Garden was built in 1374 as a relaxing garden for kings from Gampola and Kandy. You can find here more than 4000 species of trees, flowers, plants and five palm streets that were planted in 1905.
Tea plantations where the original Ceylon tea is grown, visit to a tea factory, picturesque tea landscape scenery, mountain massifs and an unmistakable tea scent.
Nuwara Eliya – also called Little England, is one of the most sought tourist areas of Sri Lanka. The variety of nature, mountain valleys, waterfalls, tea plantations, Victoria Park and the English influence gives this place a unique charm. City tour. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.
TRAVELING BY TRAIN – ELLA - NINE ARCH BRIDGE - LITTLE ADAM’S PEAK
In the morning departure by the sightseeing train through the tea plantations to the mountain village of Ella.
We will go through the picturesque path between the tea plantations to Small Adam hill. We will enjoy the view of the massive Ella Rock and Ella Gap Pass from the top of the hill.
The Nine Arch Bridge, also called the Sky Bridge, is a demonstration and one of the best examples of railway construction during the colonial era in the country. Overnight in Ella.

RAVANA FALLS - TISSAMAHARAMA
We will head out from Ella to Ravana Waterfall, named after the legendary king of Sri Lanka. The legend says that Ravana kidnapped Princess Sita and hid it in the caves behind the waterfall.

JEEP SAFARI NP YALA – GEYSER HUMMANAYA - COLONIAL FORTRESS GALLE
We will go on jeeps to Yala National Park early in the morning. NP Yala is the most visited and popular national park in the country, popular mainly for its leopard density. Yala National Park (also known as Ruhun National Park) is the second largest national park in Sri Lanka and this place looks like from the Jungle Book. We will have a great chance to meet marabou storks, elegant peacocks, clever monkeys, deer, buffalo and with a bit of luck a leopard beast. Experience for the whole life.
On the way to the beach hotel, we must not miss iconic fishermen on wooden posts, Hummanaya Sea Geyser and Asia’s largest colonial fortress in Galle (UNESCO) with a beautiful white beacon.

Relax on the beach in Bentota.
